Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better

Very efficient transaction

I have never bought a private number plate before so to me I was nervous, no idea what I was doing, to be honest. However, Paul was a true gentleman and I managed to get the plate i wanted and gave me the relevantinformationI needed. The paperwork came in a few days, the number plate a week later. The number plate i wanted was also cheaper to purchase with National Numbers than the other companies out there. If you do decide to buy a private number plate i highly recommended National Numbers.

Helpful and quick

This was my first experience with National Numbers. I sold my number plate, and they closed the deal quickly. Very professional service. I was kept updated throughout the sale. It took just a few months to find a buyer. Then another two weeks for DVLA to complete transfer. Received cheque - thank you very much for such a superb 1st class service. Wow there's me thinking it was going to be a drama getting a private plate, HOW WRONG WAS I, it was so easy just found national numbers put in what I wanted it found me a list took me to seconds to find my plate, I paid and 2days later my plates were at my house and a day later the documents turn up with full instructions to how to go about registering plate to my van, but if you struggle there is an option to pay a small fee and they will do it for you!! I can't say THANK YOU ENOUGH ***** 5 STAR COMPANY
